"Good, but not quite what I expected"
I was expecting everything to be really fresh, so I was a little disappointed that a few items looked a bit tired. That said, some of it was perfectly fine and fresh enough, just not as consistent as I’d hoped.

"Decent order, but the dates weren’t great"
My order showed up fine and everything was packed well, so no complaints there. But a couple of the items had expiry dates that were a lot sooner than I was expecting. They weren’t expired or anything, just not ideal if you’re buying in bulk and hoping to stock up. I didn’t bother reaching out to customer service because I never really trust that they’ll do much beyond giving a generic response. It would be way better if they listed the expiry dates before you buy.

I was kind of surprised, honestly. Usually those “picked for you” sections are hit or miss. But this time... yeah, it worked. I found what I needed fast, didn’t have to scroll forever, and the suggestions actually made sense for once...

"Checkout was okay, but no one followed up"
The checkout went through in the end, but it felt slower than it should have. I had to double-check my details twice, which was kind of annoying. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not very smooth. What bothered me more was that there was no follow-up afterward, so I was left wondering if everything was actually all set.

I’ve jumped on healthylife.com.au a few times when I’ve spotted a discount code or promo and thought, yep, why not. Some of the deals are genuinely decent, but then I’ll add a few things to cart and suddenly think, wait… this still feels kind of pricey even on sale.
The promos are a bit hit and miss too, which is annoying in the moment, especially when the code doesn’t apply to the stuff I actually wanted. Delivery was totally fine, no issues there, but overall I’d say it’s okay rather than anything I’d rave about...

"Good prices, but the waiting can be annoying"
I usually check healthylife.com.au when I need vitamins or pantry basics because the prices are decent compared to a few other places. Some things are cheaper, others are about the same, so it’s not always the best deal. Delivery was okay, but I do get a bit frustrated having to wait, especially when I’m running low on something. I’d probably give 5 stars if more items stayed on sale longer and shipping was a bit quicker.

"Easy to trust and no dramas"
I’ve ordered from healthylife.com.au a few times now and it’s been, actually, it’s been really straightforward each time. The prices were clear, checkout didn’t make things harder than it needed to, and I got enough updates along the way so I wasn’t sitting there wondering what was happening.
What I like most is that it feels like a proper Aussie health site, not just some random online store. Everything I ordered turned up looking like it was meant to, packed fine, and with no dramas. I’d definitely use them again.

I ordered from healthylife.com.au and the payment part was straightforward. They had a few different options, so I could just choose what worked for me without having to muck around too much.
The only thing I’d say is whoever runs this should make some of the payment details a bit clearer before the final checkout step. It still went through fine and I didn’t have any issues after, but that part could be a little better.

"Quick delivery… almost suspiciously quick"
Had a smooth order with Healthy Life. The website was easy to use, which already had me wondering who finally figured out how to make online shopping not a trap. My vitamins showed up way quicker than I expected too, a little too quick, like someone in a back room knew I was running low. Everything was packed properly, prices seemed fair, and there were no dramas at all. Would definitely use them again.

My order had an issue at first and I had to complain to support about it, it wasn’t instant and took a little back and forth, but they did end up sorting it out in the end so I’m glad it got fixed.

"Return was fine, though I wish the item had worked out"
I had to send back one item because it just didn’t suit me, which was a bit annoying. That said, the return process was actually easy and I didn’t have to jump through any hoops. I was expecting the refund to take ages, but it came through quicker than I thought. Still not ideal having to return something, but at least it wasn’t a hassle. I’d probably order again

I ordered a few health items from healthylife.com.au and, to be fair, the delivery was quick. Compared to some other online health stores I’ve used, it definitely arrived sooner than I expected.
The packaging was where it felt a bit average. The box was larger than it needed to be, so a few things had shifted around inside. Nothing was broken, but one bottle had a small dent, and the paper stuffing didn’t really seem like enough to keep everything secure.
It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just not quite as well packed as I’m used to from similar orders elsewhere. I’d still order from them again, but I’d definitely hope they pack things a bit tighter next time...

"The search works well if..."
The search works well if I’m just looking for something basic, but the filters feel kind of clunky and I’ll pick certain options and still end up seeing things that don’t really match what I chose, so it gets a little frustrating when I’m trying to narrow stuff down quickly
